Can I replace 1st generation battery cells with 2nd generation battery cells?

    It would be even more precise to say module 37. :)

    Cell 37 would be, I think, be found at one end of module 7.

    Yep, it was module number 37, Cell number 219

    Just to comment that the Gen 1 NHW11 has 19 "blocks" meaning 38 modules, not the 14 blocks and 28 modules which you mention which applies to the Gen 2 Prius.

    Thank you for correcting that. I had both gen 1 and gen 2 in mind because the thread mentioned both, but it's in the gen 1 forum, so I should've used the gen 1 numbers.
