Any special recommendations for a 2017 prius passing 200k that I should do even if I'm cheap?

    Thanks. Andy

You should be on your second go-around of the car's original maintenance schedule and about to start your third.
    1. I'd make sure that you've got everything ticked off on that schedule. That would be a good place to start.
    2. brake system flush and ATF change. I like to do that every 100K. That's not mentioned in the USA OEM manual, but fluid and chemical structures breakdown over time and usage - If you didn't do those the first 100K. IMHO you've got fair usage out of them and 200K would be considered well beyond lifetime, in my book. Dump some injection cleaner in your next tank fill-up; if you've never done that.
    3. I believe there's an AWD interval change required on that rear pumpkin; thin stuff not gear oil. Get that done if it's never been done. Sorry; don't think the 2017 had an AWD, that would be your newer one.

IMHO; that would be the minimum a cheap person should do, if they want to keep the car happily running.

I would also seriously consider installing a P10 HUD to monitor the ECT. Early warning system for either a lazy electronic water pump or leaky EGHE. Your dummy lamp doesn't light-up until your 248+F, when normal is 180F-195F. If you lose coolant; it may not even trigger - no coolant touching the sensor - but it will run hotter than normal.

Also keep an eye on the ICE coolant level jug. 2016-2017 has a recall on EGHE leaks that will empty out the coolant reservoir. Unfortunately your way pass that warranty; so you may have to bypass it; if it starts leaking.

In attached spreadsheet I’ve summarized the 4th gen schedule, as outlined in Toyota USA’s Warranty and Maintenance Booklet, and extrapolated to 240k miles or 24 years.

(see I haven’t locked the left end column, the description, so you can scroll the right side intervals independently. That could be remedied.)

(and no mention of AWD, maybe that was not on the early gen 4 years, when I did that. Again, could be remedied: referring to that warranty and maintenance booklet. If that booklet is missing you can download from Toyota Tech Info website.)
