Any special recommendations for a 2017 prius passing 200k that I should do even if I'm cheap?

    Thanks. Andy

You should be on your second go-around of the car's original maintenance schedule and about to start your third.
    1. I'd make sure that you've got everything ticked off on that schedule. That would be a good place to start.
    2. brake system flush and ATF change. I like to do that every 100K. That's not mentioned in the USA OEM manual, but fluid and chemical structures breakdown over time and usage - If you didn't do those the first 100K. IMHO you've got fair usage out of them and 200K would be considered well beyond lifetime, in my book. Dump some injection cleaner in your next tank fill-up; if you've never done that.
    3. I believe there's an AWD interval change required on that rear pumpkin; thin stuff not gear oil. Get that done if it's never been done. Sorry; don't think the 2017 had an AWD, that would be your newer one.

IMHO; that would be the minimum a cheap person should do, if they want to keep the car happily running.
