I couldn't find a complete hydraulic brake system schematic in my shop manual (just the individual brakes), so when I went to the Toyota parts catalogue [https://catalogs.ssg.asia/toyota/?lang=e...etc. etc.] I get "Invalid SSL Certificate." Sooo... it appears that trusty site has moved. Q1. Does anyone know where it's moved to? Q2. If it's NLA, does anyone have a schematic of the hydraulic brake system for a Gen 2? BTW: I searched the site, but came-up empty handed. If it's posted somewhere here, please LMK. FYI: Brake line leading to RHS rear brake is leaking before connection to flexi-hose that runs to brake cylinder... thus my search for hydraulic brake schematic & part numbers. Thanks!
There are a couple of different kinds of diagrams you might be after, for different reasons: Schematic diagrams, which help you understand what's going on by showing a simplified view of what does what to what, unburdened by the complexities of actual location and routing in the car, what tubes and hoses go where, and so on. You find these in the New Car Features manual. I'm sure there's at least one copy around here on PriusChat somewhere. Physical layout diagrams, showing where all the parts and tubes and hoses go, so you can identify pieces like individual tubes and hoses and get their part numbers. Here's that schematic—I knew there was a copy linked around here somewhere. But if you're after part numbers, I'm afraid you're going to want the physical layout. Toyota's own parts website used to be great for those diagrams, until apparently they decided too many well-informed customers were showing up at their parts counters, so they "fixed" it. I'm not sure where you'd go now for those. @Mendel Leisk has posted favorably about Amayama's site.
Might be “brake hose and clamp” link here: https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/epc/toyota-usa/prius/NHW20L/8940
