    It is still ALIVE!
I'm currently building the second prototype. The first one looks a bit scary, but it works great.

Here's an example of a trip from Sacramento to Fairfield and back. The speed limit was under 65, and I was driving on cruise control.
The car is a 2005, 225,000 miles on it, which is pretty good.

Several cars are running in test mode. Unfortunately, I’m a bit busy and don’t have time to put everything into mass production. The project works and has proven its effectiveness. Maybe I relaxed a bit once everything started working and I proved to myself that the idea was viable.

Which cells are you using? Are those from a gen 4 lithium non Prime? I have a bunch of gen 1 Pip-PHV-Plug In Prius cells and plan to start working on better understanding the BMS and reading, processing and outputting the data of a 14S Brick for starters and using with a portable power station OUPES Mega 1 for now. Then appears like you are doing where using the gen 2 HV pack parts other than the NiMH modules and frame harnesses. Thinking that will be easier to code, i.e. translating the 4 NMC cells to look like a gen 2/3/4 block. Then, would be awesome to get to the time to be able to custom make the HV battery sense computer, ideally ultimately for the gen 1 Pip to provide more options in the future and rescue those.
