I have a 2014 V that needed a new head gasket. I followed a great video that guided me through most of it, but after putting it back together it wasn't running right. I am getting the following codes: P0301, P0031, P0351, and P3191. I am unable to clear any of these codes with a scanner or disconnecting the battery. I was sure I had the timing chain not on correctly, but I was able to verify that it was right by removing the valve cover and the crank pully. Just a a complete loss as the what is going on. It starts and runs but sounds horrible.

Often its a vacuum line not connected such as the pcv or evap. Sometimes its a missing or loose gasket on the egr system. Other times its a disconnected sensor like the maf or the first cat air flow sensor. The #1 ignition coil could have a loose connector or bent pins. Its possible more than one of these things are not right.
