Spare Tire Options 2024 Prius

    Hello
    I’m new to the forum. I own a 2024 Prius XLE. We recently had an incident where there was a foreign object on the road and it destroyed a tire. No spare in the Prius. Has anyone had any experience with this spare? If we had another flat, would it be sufficient to get us to a location to get a tire replacement? We have AAA so they would change the tire so we could travel someplace for a replacement. We are an older couple and my husband is unable to change a tire. I appreciate any input or advice.     Be forewarned, @Hammersmith's a stickler for keeping it "stock", so goes all-in, on restoring the Prius to how it should have rolled off the ship. But info on the rim and tire recommendation is in there, and the scissor jack and lug nut wrench info.

    The temporary spare tires will get you where you want to go, but typically have a warning on the sidewall, to not exceed 50 mph (80 kmh), so stay off high-speed freeways, and get the flat checked out promptly.

    If I may preach: if buyers quit buying cars without spares, the manufacturers will reinstate them, fast. 'Till then...
