I have around 77,000 miles on mine. At 65,000 (because I had the money to do it) I had all fluids replaced, new spark plugs, new water pump, fuel injectors cleaned, egr, throttle cleaned and had them install the oil catch can system. Brakes are still in great shape and should be for another 70,000 miles.
Replaced my 12v battery at 5 years (12v will safely last for 5 years so I just changed it because I could). HV battery seems to be working fine. I have changed my oil and filter every 5 to 6,000 miles. I installed the "spin-on" oil filter adapter because its easier and the Corolla has it. AC still works.
Tinted my windows, customized my dashboard, installed two-tone seat covers, customized the stock rims and upgraded my stereo head unit. Highway averages 47-49 mpg. City varies as I don't drive long enough to warm it up so it ranges 38-40 mpg.
