    Clear plastic things on bottom of door.

    I'd suggest first trying to clean the dirty areas. Take some wax and try rubbing the dirty areas with a cloth, or an old toothbrush if necessary....

    Creases in 2012 PRIUS Three Leather Seats

    The leather on my 2010 (w/ 38K miles) has no creases, so I'd say that's not normal--especially for such a new car.
