I have an 09 gen 2 and every time I overtake a gen 3 I look at it and think; if only. Having said that I ave never driven a gen 3.
Its a bit of a faff but you can upload pictures to photobucket, Dropbox, flickr etc via there app. Share, and copy the URL and paste it here....
Performance on the new forms seems very slow compared to access before the upgrade. I usually access via the iPad and only have 1.5mb connection....

Just a final update to say the dealer fixed it. Replacement microphone and labour £220(about $350). Fortunately it was covered under my warranty.
