its not about the ac running during charging but during driving. maybe the prius calculated the ac running into the ev range? and so lowering it
so a 3 liter v6 in a hybrid combination would be better then a 3 liter 4 cyl in a hybrid config?
the toyota landcruiser 90 can get a 3.0 4 cylinder diesel...

OMG i did 7l/100km in a 3,8 liter v6 petrol... automatic.... that was combined at the gasstation
