remove the switch and test it with an ohm meter.. watch a youtube video on how to test switches.
brake light switch behind the brake pedal would be my guess if you have good bulbs and fuses..or a common ground is bad..

no its not a fuse, when a fuse blows there is no power, it doesn't heal itself.. has to be replaced.. could be the switch inside the door going...
