    2021 or 2022 Prius Prime will have better battery config

    But I have one advantage. I get $0.55 a mile for my work mileage and free charging at work. So some months it about $700 towards the new car....

    Yes - I like to use the tax credits once per year. Solar, Wind or storage. Electric car will be next. Will have to Buy another car in 2021...

    Is the federal tax credit applied to any part of a Prime lease?

    Not generaly as the owner not the leasee gets the tax credit. You don't own the car so the credit goes to the leasing company. Steve
