They did the replacement about two years ago. do not know if it was the new pump or not.

Our previous Nissan Altima had this problem. Had to tighten the screws every 6 months or so. FWIW I still want visor extenders.
After reading all the reviews we are very happy with General Altimax. Much better than the original Goodyears that only lasted 28,000 miles.
