    2013 Prius v Three - new to us: Charge Indicator always at 2 bars in morning...

    If it's the same as the Gen III, the bars only display the HV battery charge from ~40% (1 bar) to ~80% (all bars). The HV battery is never "fully"...

    I think it only started being available in 2016. My wife's 2016 RAV4 (not hybrid) has it as well...
