For me I counted 6 complete rotations. Are you using the correct 12x1.5 thread pitch fasteners? what lug nuts are you using?
As long as your spacers are 3mm, you should be getting about 6 turns. Don't forget the wheel and spacer will compress some after initial torque...

I think the OP is talking about a squeak rather than a rattle. A rattle is caused by vibrations. A leg resting on a panel would cause a squeak....
