All my brake errors have always been triggered because my 12 volt battery was getting old/ discharged.
Make sure the 12 volt battery is good. A low 12 volt battery will give all kinds of erroneous codes.

Are you driving down hill all the time? Or, do you have a new hybrid battery? That looks like a 2007 or newer screen.
2001-2003 prius should all be the same parts. Nothing would be different.
