The egr valve gasket can be recreated easily by cutting a A4 gasket sheet paper identically to the original,it should be a easy job and cost only...
What is the part number for the gasket

Thank you ,done it ,is didn't realise that turning it would shift the cylinder shaft back. BTW is a new gasket exsencial if I remove the valve...

Guys ,anyone that has removed the black cap on the egr valve and accessing the shaft inside? I remove it but now when I'm fitting it back it...
I removed the black cap on EGR.....I pushed few times in and out and applied some lubricant,when refitting the cap seems to don't slide back in...
UPDATE UPDATE I just unplugged the EGR power connector ....... driving around.....the problem as disappeared!!!!! Or nearly disappeared What this...

Ok guys no luck , engine shaking /knocking low speed it seems getting worse and the ratle still there too,on Wednesday the local Garage will try...
Changed sparks just now...the order is 4 3 2 1 , number 4 is the worse condition,in the morning will see how it goes ...
Just changed mine after 120k ...last change was done at 60k,order is 4 3 2 1
