I’m thinking about rebuilding the hv battery myself to cut down on cost is this still a viable option? Where’s the best place to buy individual cells?

Brakes are great very little fade!
180k she gets used hard (look at the sidewall wear in that first pic lol) and never complains I'm happy to do the maintenance
