03/21/23 -Help Name Underbody plastic part

I have a plastic part on my 2014 Prius v 5 wagon.It is on the underbody on the passenger side of car. About 10"or so from where then Front and Rear doors come together. It is black plastic and has a Cutout that goes over the Hybrid battery cable. My Toyota dealership couldn't identify it.They put a message into Toyota and am waiting on that. Just wondering if anyone knew what it was.
