I just spent nearly 1k in repairs on my '08 Prius a few weeks ago.

    The repairs were:
Replace air filter, spark plugs, hood latch release cable
front disc brake service w/rotors free caliper pins in caliper brackets, replace pins and boots and clean and adjust rear brakes.

Now my malfunction indicator lamp is lit. I went to Auto Zone to see what codes came up and here's the report.

Power Train System - Replace Evaporative Emissions (EVAP) Vacuum Switching Valve (VSV)
    Suggested part: EGR Vacuum Solenoid

    The diagnostic trouble codes were:
Power Train System P0446 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control
Evaporative Emission System Vent Control Circuit
    Secondary DTCs
    C2300 Actuator System Malfunction
C2318 Low Voltage Error (Power Supply Malfunction)
    and
Anti-Lock Brake System C1249 Open circuit in stop light switch circuit

Could any of this be caused by the recent repairs? If not, is this an expensive repair? I can't really afford to sink any more money into my car.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Assuming the Autozone reader is giving good information (not all code readers can read all the Prius codes correctly), the low voltage error would lead me to check the 12V battery to see if low voltage might be confusing the system.

If car was out of service a while, maybe 12v just needs full charge?

If you get any sort of evap code on a reader not specialized for the car suspect the gas cap. First check that it is actually screwed on tightly. If it was, replace it. In theory you could have the cap tested at a smog station, but that would certainly cost more than buying a generic one to replace it. A year ago a genuine Gates gas cap (for an Accord) was around $11 on ebay.

Or order the new cap on Amazon, test it and if it doesn’t fix the problem send it back

Is it safe to drive until I figure out what to do?

yes, but if it is the 12v, you could get stranded. auto zone will load test it for free
