    Yikes, even that's being called "under $250 a month" by assuming a six year loan term!

    I wonder if there's any data to be had to explore a correlation between loan length and expected lifetime of the vehicle it bought.

    I bristle at the thought of an auto loan longer than 48 months, personally. But that is largely because I have certain expectations for the depreciation and lifetime endurance of a car. I suppose it is fair that a change in those factors could support a change in loan terms? Purely theoretically anyway.

    oh joy !! only an 8½ hr minimum drive (presuming good winter driving) to the closest mitsu dealership in Washington state. It'd be beter off to buy a used tesla - as it's a good 4 hours closer to our Montana home
