12 volt battery recharging in 2012 Prius

Our usage is sporadic, sometimes the car will sit two-three days. I wired a quick-connect (that came with my smart charger) into the under-the-hood fuse box, and whenever the car's going to be sitting I connect up the charger, let it run it's charging regimen, then just leave it connected. It will act as a maintainer once done with the regimen, just giving little pulses every so often.
