Changed my 12v because the old one dies if I don't start it every day. There is a sensor(?) that clips to a white thing on the battery hold down bracket. When I put the new battery in, I must have hit it. It looks like part of the clip on the sensor broke. The car starts ok, no errors. Is this something that needs replaced or can I zip tie it to the bracket?

That senses the temperature above the battery. As long as the electrical connection is intact, and you find a way to secure it in roughly the same location above the battery, there shouldn't be any problem.

Thanks, I'll zip it and hope for the best.
