15 miles with no charging, no battery - and just one segment..?!

    Aha! Possibly - it was more steep uphill in the time period than normal. Though i drove the same route and similar heights on other occasions without this issue. I can remember old diesels that i had skipped an oil change overheating on even shallow uphill stretches.

    It should be a log file somewhere inside car computer which supposes to keep records of every component status.
    Retrieving this file is the the only troubleshooting idea I have at this time.
