-15F outdoor air temp = turtles forever

    I guess the commute just isn't long enough for the battery to hit a reasonable temperature. The turtle light was on the whole way, from the first turn of the key to the last, there and back.

    Is that fairly typical in temps like this, or do newer batteries do better?

    No mention of time traveled, distance traveled, how many miles are on the vehicle, or even what the MPG was leaves us almost nothing to work with.

    But since -15°F is so rare anyway, wait until the temperature warms up. If performance is different than it had been in years past, then perhaps. Mostly likely, no, since the Turtle simply means available power is limited.
