17" wheel colour inserts

    You could do a partial wrap instead of paint and if you didn't like it just remove it.

    Yes, good idea. I see a few lines in the car I thought about highlighting in blue metallic vinyl if I get the right quote to "Tron" it out. Haha Or just keep it simple and do the very front lower, and perhaps the door guard, or rocker panel and rear deck. Definitely black lugs and wheel cap.

    pull straight off. if necessary, use a flat tool (screwdriver or crowbar) to pry one side to get it started.

    Take the wheel off and push them off from the inside? Or is that overkill?

    Not overkill, that's the correct way to remove them without damaging them (i.e. breaking off clips).
