Would appreciate any help with this:

1- when I tap on the nav screen an icon appears with the address info on where I tapped. Can deactivate this? there are times when I want to only move the position of the screen and this 'target' icon pops up, Ugh!

2- we've been given a 11.7" (or is it .4") screen of which 1/16th of it at the top shows a picture of the car. Real estate is important its a waste. Any way I can remove this? is there a Toyota engineer listening?

    Thank you.:(:(

    1. no. just press the home button to the left of the screen to cancel the tap.

    2. no. (it's a 11.6" screen) that car will always be there and always be white. unless you crack the firmware. (if you do please tell us how to change the color of the car to match the paint :D:p(y)

    1. I noticed this today, too. I found that a very light tap will not do that, and just bring the map screen to the "foreground".
    2. You bring up a valid point. The screen is actually too big. Important information is too far down to look at while driving. I would prefer if the car would just drive off the top of the screen at the end of the animation. Then make the screen a little shorter (moving everything else up).

Thank u all. I actually not complaining of the size of the screen just the fact that Toyota took 1/8th of real estate that can be used efficiently for something else. The car is suppose to be efficient? I guess I can't remove the targett icon completely. Ohh well.

I know. I'm the one complaining about the size of the screen. I'll get used to it probably.
