2001 Echo -vs- 2001 Prius rear wheel bearing/

    Anybody know what the difference is, or if there is a difference, between the rear wheel bearing/hub assembly on 2001 Echo and the gen 1 Prius's?

    They both have 4 lugs and thats about it. Unless you can measure the parts for comparison not too much further you can do?
    Whats the sudden interest of these items insofar as interchangeability?
