2003 Prius P0A60 error code

my 2003 Prius suddenly received a red triangle light and couldn't give gas when it's in Reverse or Drive mode, cooling fans for hybrid always working, on screen always only two bar hybrid charge, only in petrol use but hybrid cells working fine. On diagnose it showed me the P0A60 error code, on most forums i have seen that people say it's about inverter connections, but i couldnt be sure and wanted to know how i can confirm where the error exactly is or how i can check if the inverter connections are fine.
