    Is the red triangle lit?

Or are there other error messages?

I wonder what you mean exactly by "the reverse is not working." Can you describe what you do when you want reverse, and what happens exactly?

Was that the original problem for which you replaced the tranny?

The Prius uses the hybrid battery to go in reverse.
Is your hybrid battery in good condition?

I have never owned one but the gearshift would be my guess. It is electric and may be your problem. There are people her who know more than me.

From what I have read MG 2 has to work for reverse. This motor needs to be tested electricaly.

Find an electrician and have him megger MG 2 for insulation breakdown. MG 2 has to work for reverse.

Do you have a good 12 V battery?

That means there are trouble codes and possibly details that can be read by dealer software. If you post the trouble codes here, we can advise further.

Well actually I have another car so my Prius is stoped in my home, but when i want to reverse the car try do it but only vibrates & that's the original problem so I change the transmission but the problem still there so I think the problem isn't on the transmission
