    The first quote from UPS is for $118. It's my understanding the cutoff on less expensive shipping is four pounds and this weighs four pounds six ounces. I'm going down to the post office anyway so I will check there.

    That eyeroll emoji is just what the postal clerk looked like when I asked her. But looking at their website a Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box appears to cost $71.75. I can ship it to New Jersey by Media rate for $4.83...

    I can't help but think you'd have better luck buying from the publisher in this instance. Thanks for your interest.
    Anyone in the USA it looks to be under $5 to ship.
