2004 just started have issues with the combo meter,

    Dark dash won't shut off. But my head lights and radio are now possessed. If I turn the head lights on or off while radio is on, the radio goes bezerk. Also when I start the car the dash is lit but if I turn on the head lights the dash goes dark. Is this all related to the combo meter or something else?
