I have a 04 prius mileage is 376000, been drive for many years now, never has problem, just changed few sensors, had problem 2 weeks ago, the rear wheel have no brake (I replaced the brake cylinder and the pad or shoe), the both front brake been work correctly, and I purchased a ABS pump off ebay and I replaced my self this morning (4 hours work) but still having the same issue. I test the brake lines all good. when I step on the brake pedle, it will not pump the fluid out from the hole on the ABS pump. not sure what happen. should I change the ABS relay (both is fuse box) or ABS skid control ECU computer?
    please help :)

After the brake actuator is installed it is necessary to purge air out of the system. If you don't have access to Techstream or the equivalent then I suggest you tow your car to your local Toyota dealer so this can be done.
