Hello everyone. I have a 2004 Prius with 208k miles. All services are current. However, I have a check engine light that pops on every day. When the codes are pulled it shows a different code every single time. The only code that stays the same is for the windshield wiper motor (it works fine). I'm stumped. Have any of you experienced this ? It's due for emissions testing (California) and I can't get current registration until this is sorted. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    #1 check your gas cap
#2 check the catalytic converter (most likely failure)
    #3 3 way coolant valve

    1. There is no fault code associated with the wiper motor.
    2. Exactly what DTC are being logged?
    3. What device is used to retrieve the codes?

Sorry it's been so long I've had an injury at work and am getting back up and around. One of the codes was an 1121 for the coolant switch ? The other was a very odd code for a windshield wiper motor and the other was a misfire on cylinder #3 but the car runs and operates perfect. The only thing I can see causing issue is a low 12v battery ?
