2004 Toyota Prius Lights Issue

    Recently, I noticed an issue with my 2004 Toyota Prius' headlights and fog lights. These lights would randomly flash for 20-30 seconds after the car is parked for more than an hour. The key is nowhere near the vehicle. What does this mean?
