A totally dependable silver Prius for sale, mechanically perfect. All systems function perfectly. Car has been across the U S A twice, Average Miles Per Gallon was 54 on the trip. Lifetime Mpg: 50 Car does have minor scratches and body irregularities. ( adjustments can be made for body damage) Odometer reads just over 100,000 miles ( proof of cars longevity ) Car will only be on sale for one week, so act fast. Price: $15,000 :cheer2::welcome::rockon::D:rolleyes::(

if its been maintained by the book (with receipts of carfax to prove) I'd say $10k-$12k depending upon "irregularities"

I just bought an 06 with 118k for 9800 from a dealer in good to very good condition. I think 15k is way out of the park but if gas hits $4 a gallon you might sell it.

I just picked up a virtually flawless 07 with 105k miles for $12.5k from a dealer.

BTW...have you ever browsed the sales forum..?..I hear it does wonders for people who actually want to sell things....just sayin'.

You can try to sell something at whatever price you want. If the OP is putting a one week only time limit, I have to think selling the vehicle isn't a make or break proposition.

Locally? I see a lot of IMO overpriced used Prius. I think a lot of people are hearing about shortages and demand and trying to cash in on immediate higher perceived values.

But buyers can pay whatever they want...and sellers can put whatever price they want on their vehicle....

Yeah, there was a confluence of events, the prod shortage of new Prii in Japan, and the spike in gas prices, that caused temporary shift in the supply/demand equilibrium of used Prii. It won't take long to revert. By winter, Gen IIs be back to econobox beater prices.

A car is worth what someone will pay for it. Let's sit and wait to see what he sells it for.
