2005 Prius buzzing noise.

    Buzz when the door is opened.
    Buzz will stop when door is closed

    Buzz when the brake is applied.
    Buzz will stop when brake is released.

    Buzz and stay on when the car is ON.
    Buzz and will stay on when engine running.
    Buzz and will stay on when driving.

    No Check Engine Light

    Brake Light is ON
    (i) icon Light is ON
    ABS Light is ON
    VSC Light is ON

    You'll need the codes read, but sounds like it could be a bad accumulator/pump.
