2005 Prius codes p0420 p0171 o2 sensor or cat conv

    I am getting these codes intermittently. Check engine light also intermittent. Some tell me it's the cat others the o2 sensors. Is there a way to test? Mileage is over 300k.

    Cat will definitely fix it but the O2 sensor may fix. You'll need to fix out of state or someone out state to send you the parts and a place to do the work.
