2005 Prius Won't Start.

I was on break at work the other night about to go clock back in when this customer came out and asked to be jumped. We've only had the car for a little over a month and never had a hybrid car before so I said yes without thinking. We open the hood and try to jump his car and mine ends up dieing. We got a jump box from automotive, I work at Walmart, but it wouldnt work. Had to end up calling AAA after work, who somehow managed to get it to start. We made it home, about a 40 minute drive with no issue. Parked it and turned it off then tried turning back on but no response. Trying to find out what exactly the issue is. Not sure if it's the 12 V battery or what it is, any suggestions? And if it is the 12V battery where should I get one from?
