    Great work!
It seems however that D48 needs to include all the Dealer Doc fees.
    Shouldn't C37 be the sum of C38:C43?

    I believe it does.
    From D48:
    =IF(ISNUMBER(B48),(C48*(1 + $C$35) + $C$37), "")
$C$37 contains the Dealer Document Fees.
It is a total amount since that is usually how the dealer presents it (often to hide the fact that he's padding it with dealer profit)

No, these values represent what the dealer must pay the state for these services.
The sample values are for Pennsylvania.
Another state would have different values.
Applicable values may be selected as applicable by entering a "Y" in the appropriate cells within D38:D43.

The dealer profit (C45) is the amount the dealer charges for documents ($C$37) minus the sum of what he must pay the state for those items selected in column
    D38:D43 (E44).

    Thanks for checking!
Feel free to post or PM additional questions. B)

I'm happy to see folks getting use out of this.
I get to see the download count but that doesn't really tell you whether people are just looking at it or actually finding it useful.
    Thanks! B)

Has anyone used these numbers directly at a dealership? I'm curious if they might ask what the source is.

    Thanks,

The dealers already know these numbers and I doubt they'd risk challenging information they know is correct.

FYI, the most of the numbers come from Edmunds.com. B)

OK thanks. Ya, I know that dealers have all of the invoices. As I understand it though, they aren't required to show them to you if you ask. Knowing that they come from Edmunds helps. I've bought two vehicles using an invoice as leverage. One invoice I bought off the internet, the other I pursuaded the salesman to show it to me. Just didn't want to show up with these numbers not knowing that they came from a reliable source.

If I am able to get a good discount when I buy, I'll plan on making a donation to priuschat.

No, I don't mind. It's very cool, in fact. :)

I noticed some small clipping/wrapping issues that we might want to address.
It looks like the horizontal scroll bar could probably be eliminated by making it slightly wider.

Also, I'll see what I can do about updating the orange and pink cells:
(Orange indicates that these values are not yet available and are assumed to be available and to not have changed in price since last year.
Pink indicates a cell with an estimate based on average markup for a value which is not yet available.
    )

For some reason, 2005 Model Year Prius Calculator doesn't show up in the "Similar topics" list.
