2006 prius shows code p3000 I need to get rid of it.

    1.5 Volts difference almost always means that a cell in one module is shorted. Stick a fork in it - done.

    I have recently found the Autel Maxi AP200 bluetooth device ($70) and app to have very good codes and data function on the Gen2 Prius - for all ecu's. Including INF codes and freezeframe data.
