2006 w/ 96k miles (CA) catalytic converter stolen — for sale?

Yes felony class 6 with min 12 months jail time. They did it August 10th and I found one bolt with spring on the ground. Probably the other is or was at the crossmember.

Maybe it is the same gang operating in NoVA. Two young guys in hoodies just after midnight when half the neighborhood was awake. The Toyota dealer in Springfield said 6 more gen 2 Prius went in for catalytic converters in one week.

 

The prius I bought got hit in College Park Md in a nice neighborhood. The owner took the car to get it serviced, it got hit that week along with a dozen more that had been serviced at the same place. All hit in one night early evening bing bang boom. This one was parked 20 feet in front of house that sits 25 feet from road.
