215 V is the minimum, so better than that.
What it shows is 40% to 80%, which is the range used by the control computer.

He's only got 1 choice, not 2 choices. Needs a new battery

New dilemma the owner of the car bought this one from a auction wrecked in the front drivers fender he had painted and fixed the car before bringing it to me. Now the issues the reason the head gasket was blown was due too the previous owner or him driving the car with the coolant heat storage tank busted. Now my question as I looked up in the fender last night I noticed plugs AM1 and AM2 are bundled together with electrical tape I did have to replace the inverter and AM2 fuse was never blown but could this be my no start no ready culprit?

Is there anyway possible to charge said hv battery in neutral and spinning the axels........hypothetical question as I know the cvt will probably not engage to charge without proper voltage. I ordered a battery this is off subject banter

Nope and not advised to put the car in neutral for most reasons;).

I've read its quite possible but at a risk of overheating or overcharging the battery or ruining the cvt. The next wrecked prius I take in for parts I might brace it out and test
