I have issues with my prius where I get the dashboard issues mentioned which are Red Triangle, VSC, and (!) every time I go about 70-80mph in freeway. A few times ive also had issues where the same dashboard lights come up except the accelerator gets stuck or stops working. A few weeks ago I had issues where the antifreeze coolant would go competely empty along with the same lights except now my prius is getting better at holding my coolant which isnt an issue anymore. I want to mention that about a month ago I replaced ABS actuator which lead to all these issues. The reason why I replaced the abs actuator was because I originally had other major issues such as Red emergency Brake light, (!), vsc and red triangle. The abs actuator actually helped with those major issues. I just want to know what should I possibly check with all these issues happening at the moment. Not sure what may be the problem and need help. The car has 359k miles Ive used an OBDII scanner and I get codes such as P3190, P0171, P0102,P0113. A few of this codes go away and comeback everytime I scan not sure what happens. I am a college student on a budget and in need of help pls!

The codes you have relate mostly to engine issues. Most are from the engine control module. One (the P3190) is from the hybrid control module, referring to an engine problem. The brake control module will respond to problems reported by the hybrid module.

Your list of codes doesn't include any brake code. It should, because those lights are on, so most likely you are using a scanner that is not retrieving the brake codes. You should find out what those codes are (though it is possible they will just be the "look your hybrid module has codes" codes, which again would be secondary to the engine issue).

If you didn't read the original codes that were the reasons for the lights to be on before you replaced the actuator, then we also don't know what the original issues were, or whether they were major, or whether there was any need to replace the actuator. A job like that, which is involved enough to run the risk of creating new issues, isn't one I would recommend to anyone unless the evidence clearly requires it.

How are you checking/maintaining the coolant level, as there is the radiator cap (preferred method) and the coolant overflow tank.

I usually check the coolant through the radiator cap. And filling up until it is Full. After driving about 15-30mins it would get completely empty.

Have you noticed any leaks under the vehicle?

When was the last time you check for a leaking water pump, or had it replaced?

Check the dealer vehicle maintenance history by entering your VIN at : https://toyota.com/owners

Like @ChapmanF mentioned, the scanner you're using isn't fully compatible with a toyota hybrid. You still have unreported DTCs.

Many prefer using a mini-vci cable and a copy of techstream (same software the dealership has) for regular OBD2 scanning. Though not as good, you might also try a OBD2 adapter and either of the "Apps" : Dr Prius (Dr Hybrid) or Hybrid Assistant/Reporter.
