2007 Headlight ballast and bulb replacement

    It would seem that no one has mentioned that you need to remove the connection on the adjustment unit in order to move/adjust the vertical level of the light assembly.

    When I replace the ballasts I back out and remove both adjustment bolts 8mm that way the assembly moves free inside the case for fishing the wire through. Then readjust the light level later before putting the bumper back on by parking it in front of a wall or garage door. Also if your replacing the ballast do like me for quick removal of the old I just cut the wire.
