2007 hybrid battery

    it compatible

    There's 28 battery modules in the 2007 and just 20 modules in the PriusC pack. So the answer is yes you can use the modules, but will need to put the modules into the PriusC pack assembly. And because there's less modules in a PriusC the car is harder on the modules so it might be a short-lived fix unless you do a charge and balance and maybe some deep cycling/reconditioning.
