    Block 5 is bad. p3015
    Block 13 bad. p3023
    Block 14 bad. p3024
    P0A80 Hybrid Battery is bad

    Would be helpful to watch data live.

    Get a 12v.

    Watch data live and see how hv battery block voltages look.

    Call me if you have any questions on what to observe.

    I think you said you have Techstream.
