2007 Prius HV Battery Charging and discharging erratic, NO CODES

My battery has been discharging overnight, from an SOC fo about 60, down to below 40 in the morning. Had a good Tpyota shop diognose and they could not reproduce the problem, there are NO CODES, even though block 4 show up very weak on Dr Prius. This morning, I forced charged it again, got on the highway and suddenly, the battery dropped down to 30% soc at 70mph with the gas engine attempting to recharge, after several minutes, the system JUMPS to a 75% SOC then 90% promoting the fan to kick on from overcharging. No P0A80, NOTHING. I AM ORDERING A NEW BATTRY. I AM DONE!
