2007 prius won't start

    start by checking the 12v connections. especially neg to ground. then have it load tested.

    if that isn't the problem, hook up tech stream and read the trouble codes.

    Does the digital clock light up when you press the power button? If that does work then you might have a problem with the speedometer (combination meter) due to bad capacitor. Also would check all fuses (both underhood and under dash fuse blocks-) particularly the AM2 fuse.
